Brad Zoladz

Brad Zoladz founded Full Circle Training Solutions in 2020, after more than 20 years of experience with the FBI. He was a training instructor for almost 12 of those years and has over 27 years of training experience. Though dedicated to training the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) since 2015, Brad has trained Facial Comparisons, Criminal History Records, and other UCR (LEOKA, Hate Crime) collections. Brad has trained and presented at conferences for local, state, federal, and international agencies including:

• FBI
• ATF
• Interpol
• International Association of Identification
• Association of State Uniform Crime Reporting Programs
• Representatives from all 50 states and US Territories
• Multiple Records Management Conference

While working as an FBI NIBRS Trainer, Brad answered policy questions, created training, provided train the trainer, audit support, and has trained agencies from every state and US Territory on NIBRS reporting. He engaged with state program managers and provided guidance on how to balance their state needs with the requirements of NIBRS reporting.
