Shantel Collins

Shantel Collins is a Training Instructor with Full Circle Training Solutions specializing in leadership and professional development. With 23 years of experience in law  enforcement, she brings real-world perspective, practical leadership, and a grounded approach to every training environment.

She has worked in a variety of units and roles, giving her a broad understanding of how divisions operate day to day. Throughout her career, she has led complex  operational initiatives and guided teams through significant system and process changes. While she has extensive experience navigating organizational change, her greatest focus is developing people. She has mentored employees, supported promotional preparation, and helped emerging leaders step confidently into new roles. She believes leadership is built through clarity, accountability, and consistent follow-through, and she is passionate about helping others grow and succeed.

She values honest discussion, practical tools, and leadership development that equips participants long after the class ends.

Outside of work, Shantel has been married to her husband for 19 years, which she considers her longest-running leadership assignment and most successful partnership. Together, they are raising three teenagers, so she understands firsthand the balance of managing high expectations both at work and at home. Much of her free time is spent on football fields and basketball courts, cheering on her kids and appreciating the organized chaos of family life.
