Introduction to CLERY

Target Audience: Records Managers and Supervisors, Dispatch, Command Staff. Anyone in the agency responsible for reporting crime stats or making public announcements about safety.

Description: The course will go over the history of the CLERY Act. We will review all the mandated reporting requirements, public notifications and definitions, and descriptions of what is and is not a campus facility.
