Julie Reynolds is a Training Instructor with Full Circle Training Solutions specializing in leadership development, communication, and civilian law enforcement operations. She began her career in public safety in 2004 and brings a practical, people-centered approach grounded in real-world experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. Julie has served as a dispatcher, supervisor, and now as a Police Services Manager, where she oversees the dispatch center and Community Service Officers, giving her a comprehensive understanding of emergency communications and the critical role civilian professionals play in law enforcement.

Throughout her career, she has led teams through staffing challenges, organizational change, and high-pressure environments, with a consistent focus on building strong, resilient teams. She is especially passionate about developing others, mentoring employees, and creating pathways for growth within civilian roles. Julie believes effective leadership is rooted in trust, clear communication, and accountability, and she strives to equip others with practical tools they can immediately apply.

Outside of work, Julie is a dedicated wife and mom of three, balancing a busy family life filled with youth sports, school activities, and everyday moments that keep her grounded. She enjoys supporting her community, staying involved in local youth programs, and spending time with her family whenever she can.
