Full Circle Training Solutions offers a variety of services to assist Records Management System (RMS) service providers deliver FBI NIBRS-compliant systems and training.
Our training, products, and services to support law enforcement agencies and their software vendors are focused on Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) with emphasis on the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).

- Agency Core Team NIBRS training for new implementations. This training is geared towards the key law enforcement agency staff members responsible for agency implementation, testing and buy-in. This training is designed to aid your team’s implementation of the RMS providing a solid foundation of NIBRS for continued success.
- Law Enforcement User training for new or existing RMS customers providing the needed foundational understanding of reporting NIBRS information.
- RMS Provider training for your team. This training is geared towards the RMS provider staff responsible for NIBRS business or technology efforts.

Schedule conflicts? We offer flexible options to ensure you and your agency can always access our training programs.
Hosting Your Training
- Many of our classes can be hosted directly by your agency, either in-person or online. Host agencies can earn complimentary seats based on total student attendance (minimum attendance requirements and travel expenses may apply).
- We also offer Exclusive Training sessions reserved solely for your organization. Please contact FCTS for additional details and to discuss your needs.
Training Material Included
All relevant training materials are included with your registration and will be provided prior to the course.
Payment & Refund Policy
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, purchase orders, and checks.
- Full refunds require at least 6 days’ notice for online classes and 21 days’ notice for in-person classes. Cancellations made after these windows will receive a full credit toward a future session.
- Registration fees are priced per person, and each student must be registered individually.
